Technology Description

Vertical Glandless Pump (VGP)

•  Capacity ranging up to 450 m3/hr.

•  Head range up to 60 mtrs.

•  Eliminates the need for mechanical seal/Gland packing

•  Zero safe minimum flow, pump can run dry indefinitely.

•  Self-draining, suitable for clear liquid and slurry. Preferable to operate with negative suction

•  Corrosion allowance provided for all wetted components, no problem associated with the maintenance of bearing housing and its alignment with the motor.

•  Less floor space. Semi skilled operator can do assembling and dissembling.

Hydrodynamic Sealing Pumps

•  Unique monolithic impeller-expeller design prevents the leakage of liquid across gland packing.

•  No risk of seal running dry and leakage across gland during running is nil.

•  These pumps can handle liquid containing small percentage of solids.

•  Capacity and head range up to 450 m3/hr and 60 mtrs.
