• EL-TRA's Equipment Co. is designing transformers that fulfill the very high demand of efficiency, reliability and total economy. These equipments are manufactured from 1974, keeping abreast of the current technological developments.

  •  A typical specification is 3 phase, 50 Hz, 11,000/433 Volts, Delta-Star connected to vector group DY 11, with 50 / 55 deg C temperature rise ONAN either free or dehydrating breathing type. ELTRA's present range consists of transformers up to 5000 KVA and voltages up to 33000 Volts.

  •  EL-TRA transformers are designed for superiority in quality, capability and reliability in service to meet fluctuating conditions of loading and operation. These transformers conform to the latest India, British and International Standard Specifications IS: 1180/2026, BS171 and IEC 76.

  •  All essential plant and equipment to manufacture and supply high quality transformers are installed in our well-planned works. These include high precision winding machines, drying facility, oil filtering and filling unit, sophisticated testing equipment, moving and handling equipment, spray painting facility, etc.,

  •  EL-TRA has a modern test room equipped with sophisticated testing equipment to carry out all relevant routine and temperature rise tests in accordance with latest India/International standards.
