)Controls & Schematics make Motor Control Centres (MCCs) have been designed keeping in mind the needs of power stations and continuous process industries. These MCCs are suitable for operation in the system voltage of 440 V 3- phase 50 Hz and for current up to 4000A..
)The special feature of the MCC design is that both fixed and drawout types have identically designed frame structures with only a few additional members/components for achieving variations. This enables a uniform look apart from offering the possibility of mixed executions and has the same horizontal and vertical busbar arrangements.
)All MCCs are made compatible to Air Circuit Breaker Panels so that they can form united power motor control centers.
)MCCs are provided with many safety features like; all busbars are fully sleeved with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves, safety shrouds are provided behind the drawout chassis to shroud the busbars even when the drawout chassis is withdrawn, etc.
)The MCCs have been accepted by Tariff Advisory Committee, Lloyds Register of Industrial Services, Bureau Veritas, S.G.S India (Member of Societe Generale de Survellance group, Switzerland) & Engineers India certification during third party inspection.
