  • To provide guidance in evaluation and benchmarking of novel ideas/proposals
  • To recommend techno-economically viable innovative proposals for funding under TePP (Pre-evaluated by TUCs)
  • To provide expert comments regarding IPR issues of proposals
  • To recommend further financial support/project extension/short-closure of the projects, if required
  • To review and monitor the progress of activities of TePP Outreach Centres (TUCs)
  • To recommend evaluated micro-budget proposals received through TUCs
  • To suggest models/mechanisms for expanding TePP in scope and contents and any other policy issues for transforming Innovators into Technopreneurs
