Procedure to
check the status of funds released to Grantee Agencies at CPSMS Portal

Individuals of Department of Scientific & Industrial Research
With reference to CGAs DO Letter No. C-13015(59)/MFCGA/CPSMS/Com.CCAs/09-10/241-277 dated 08/04/2009 regarding Sanction ID generation and Registration of Agencies and Users and subsequent OM No. MST/DCA/Software/2008-09/42 dated 17/04/2009 issued by Principal Account Office of the Ministry of Science & Technology, you are requested to register at Central Plan Scheme Monitoring System (CPSMS) at http://cpsms.nic.in.
The procedure for Registration of Agency is given below:
Visit the Central Plan Scheme Monitoring System at http://cpsms.nic.in.
Click on Register Agency
Read the Instructions Carefully and Click on Continue
Fill the Form completely and Click on Next
Select the Correct Scheme and Enter the Bank Details
Accept Terms and Conditions by clicking on checkbox
Click on Submit
Take a print of the filled-in form
Sign it, put the official stamp and send it to the undersigned.
Kindly note the following:
If your agency is already registered under CPSMS for any other scheme of the Government of India, you need not to register again. But you need to inform the undersigned.
